Note
: Death in the months of Jan and Feb 50% of Annual Leave is admissible
for encashment. Fraction of a day shall be rounded off to the nearest day. For
example where death takes place on Say 5th, 10th, 20th or 31st January the max
encashment will be 2, 4 , 5 and 15 days. Death during February calculation of
encashment will be done as above.
