PROMULGATION OF NAMES - PERSONNEL ENTITLED FOR
OP PARAKRAM, OP VIJAY STAR
AND MEDAL
Refer to NHQ letter No.HA/0123/OPV dated 28 Mar 01, 05 Sep
01, 09 Jul 03 and 03 Jan 07 regarding Op Parakram, Op Vijay Star and Medal. The Op Vijay Star and Op Vijay
Medal were constituted for recognizing the services of personnel who
participated in Op Vijay in the specified area of conflict/operations and for
those personnel who were mobilised/deployed/involved in planning and conduct of
operations at various Headquarters, respectively.
The correctness in the lists of personnel
entitled for Op Parakram, Op Vijay Star and Medal may be accessed at the under-mentioned
links and discrepancy if any be confirmed at this

Supplementary List
Officers entitled for Op Vijay Star
Officers entitled for Op Vijay Medal
It is requested that discrepancies with regard to
correctness of names and personal numbers may be indicated to NHQ/DPS and CABS
for officers and sailors respectively, in order to ensure correctness in the
subsequent issue of medals to the concerned individuals.
