1.All applications for the admission to the school are to be submitted to the Principal , along with the child’s medical papers. A photocopy of the medical papers will be kept in the school.
2.Birth certificates are to be produced at the time of admission and will be returned at the time of leaving.
3.Admission form and Indemnity certificate are to be filled by the parent / guardian ( complete details ).
4.The mother / guardian must stay ( if needed) with the child at the center during the school hours for the time advised by the teacher , so that she can familiarize the staff with his habits and moods.
5.Admissions will be given throughout the year.
6.A refundable caution fee of Rs. 500 /- and a one time admission fee of Rs 300/- will be charged from every parent at the time of admission of their child.
7.a) Max. number of admissions at a given time = 50. b) Admissions will be restricted to children of service (military / paramilitary) , ex-service , or civilians paid out of Defense Service estimates only. c) The upper limit for children attending school regularly will not exceed 40 at any given point of time. d) The number of children per class will not exceed 08 at any given point of time e) No child will be admitted if he/ she has already attained the age of 18 at the time of admission.

The order of priority for admissions a) Children of serving personnel of Navy b) Children of serving personnel of Army , Air Force , Coast Guard , Paramilitary Forces c) Children of Ex-Navy d) Children of Ex- Army / Air Force /Coast Guard , Paramilitary Forces e) Children of civilians paid out of
Defense Service estimates. FEE STRUCTURE
PTA FUND : Rs.100 /- will be charged towards PTA Fund in the month of April.
