NWWA is an Association of Navy Wives

An organization of women for women,

An organization working towards an environment for growth and advancement of women

An organization that is continuously changing its changing needs of the community and changing concepts of welfare

NWWA crest was designed in 1992. The crest depicts a wheel, at the hub of which is an anchor. Four women, who are reaching out to each other, surround the anchor. The four women represent the four regions of NWWA, the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western. The anchor depicts the Navy and NWWA provides the emotional support to the families, which leads to harmony within the Naval Community.
