RETIRED OFFICERS IDENTITY CARD – REDESIGNED

1.      The exiting Retired Officers Identity Card issued by INS Kunjali has been redesigned, as the existing one is large in size and thus inconvenient to carry.
2.      The earlier issued Retired Officers Card continues to be valid and replacement is not mandatory.  However, ex-naval officers seeking replacement of old Retired Officers Identity Card with the new card is anticipated.
3.      The replacement of Retired Officers Identity Card on its own being worn out due to fair, wear and tear is free of charge after every five years.  However, a provision has been made for ex-naval officers willing to change the old Retired Officers Identity Card with new redesigned Retired Officers Identity Card.
4.      Officers may renew their card within five years from date of issue against payment of Rs 50/- as renewal fee.  This amount is to be deposited with the RBI  / SBI on Money Receivable Order (MRO) in favour of CDA(N), Mumbai.  The retired officer is to forward the duplicate copy of MRO to Commanding Officer, INS Kunjali at the following address

duly enclosing the old Identity Card for issue of new Identity Card:-
